YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, in plain language.

PLEXUS is operated by JZA LLC. This page explains how we use information from this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact zaronwald@gmail.com.
Explore without giving us your email
The savings estimator and automation readiness guide are available without contact details. The estimator is calculated in your browser. The readiness worksheet also runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to us and it does not save them between visits.
When you submit an inquiry
If you choose to share your details before booking, we collect your name, email address, company, questionnaire answers, and the opportunity range shown. We use them to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, and keep a record of our communication. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We send this information to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. A submission can also include the page where it originated, referral or campaign information, a submission identifier, and an IP address used by the form provider. HubSpot may screen submissions for spam before they appear in our contact records.
When you book a call
Scheduling is provided by Calendly. Its calendar loads when you choose to book, and its own privacy notice and preferences apply. We may prefill your name and email to save you time. You can change those details in Calendly.
Calendly sends the appointment confirmation and makes the booking information available to us. The website may record that a booking was reported from your inquiry, together with Calendly’s event identifiers. A booking reference does not independently verify the identity entered in the calendar.
Optional advertising measurement
When Meta advertising measurement is configured, we ask before enabling it. If you opt in, Meta may receive page and conversion activity, campaign and browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, and hashed contact identifiers when you submit an inquiry. Hashing transforms an identifier for matching; it does not make the information anonymous.
This helps us understand advertising performance. See Meta’s privacy policy. Advertising measurement is optional and is not required to use the estimator, guide, or booking flow. You can change your choice through “Advertising preferences” in the homepage footer when that feature is enabled. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement from this site; it does not remove data previously received by Meta.
Browser storage and hosting
We may store your advertising preference in your browser. The current form keeps entered contact details in page memory for a retry during the same visit; it does not create a persistent local queue of contact details. Browser storage being unavailable does not prevent you from using the site.
Vercel hosts the site and may process standard request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Our application logs use technical status and correlation identifiers to investigate delivery problems, rather than logging the full inquiry. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website.
Sharing and retention
We use the service providers described above to host the site, handle inquiries, schedule calls, and—only with your choice—measure advertising. We do not use inquiry submissions to enroll you in a mailing list.
We retain inquiry and booking records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our business relationship, meet applicable obligations, or resolve a dispute. If you would like us to review or delete a record, email zaronwald@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Your questions and choices
You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you at zaronwald@gmail.com. Your browser and the linked providers also offer their own privacy controls. If our website’s data practices change, we will update this page.
