01 / CLIENT RESULTS

Real work.
Measurable impact.

A focused first build can change how an entire business operates. Here’s what that looked like for Consumer Law Group.

CONSUMER LAW GROUP

A growing firm.
A new way to handle the volume.

Applications once had to be read, entered, checked, and filed by hand. We built agents to process documents, validate details, update the firm’s systems, and flag exceptions for a person.

That first engagement grew into a catalog of agents across intake, document handling, status updates, and reporting.

One workflow first.
More value with every build.
What impressed me most was how professional and efficient the whole engagement was. They built us a custom agent catalog that's since replaced 70 roles' worth of work and is saving our firm millions annually. It's the best investment we've made.

03 / HOW WE WORK

A clear path
from idea
to impact.

Start small enough to measure. Build well enough to scale.

Explore the readiness guide
  1. Find the right first workflow

Start with a 15-minute introductory call. We’ll discuss where manual work is building up and whether a deeper operations audit makes sense.

A clear next step, without a commitment
  2. Scope it. Build it. Prove it.

We map the process, establish a baseline, and agree on scope, fees, and success measures before building. A focused first deployment can target 30 days, depending on access and complexity.

A working pilot in your environment
  3. Expand what earns its place

Measure hours released, process cost, and quality. Improve the first workflow, then decide together what’s worth automating next.

04 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make
this clear.

Something else on your mind?
Ask us directly

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Usually, no. We build around your ERP, CRM, helpdesk, and finance tools. During scoping, we check what each system can support and flag any access or integration constraints before committing to a build.

What does an engagement cost?

The introductory call helps us understand your needs. Any deeper audit, implementation, and ongoing support are scoped and priced before work begins. We compare the projected value with the full cost—including ongoing tooling—so you can make an informed decision.

How accurate is the savings estimate?

It’s a directional opportunity range based on team size and the areas you select. It is not a forecast or a guarantee. It represents potentially automatable labor cost, before implementation and running costs. We need actual volumes, handling time, and costs to calculate your business case.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

We define confidence thresholds, approval gates, and escalation paths for the workflow. Actions with material consequences can require human approval. Monitoring and an audit trail help your team understand what happened and improve the process.

What about our data and security requirements?

We design around your environment and review access, data flows, and approved providers with you. Permissions are scoped to the workflow. Any external processing, retention requirements, and security reviews are addressed before deployment.

Are we too small, or too early, for this?

Headcount alone doesn’t decide the opportunity. A small team with a high-volume, repeatable process can be a good fit. If you’re still exploring, start with the readiness guide. You can also book a call to discuss a specific workflow.
